Here we are in February already! Many exciting changes are happening for State Farm right now, as we roll out our new Enhanced Rating Plan! I grew up in North Carolina, but my family and I currently call Huntsville, AL home. My wife, Katie, and I have found North Alabama to be a great place to raise our two beautiful daughters, Kinsley and Chloe. We’re always spending time with each other, the girls keep us busy, but very entertained. Prior to starting with State Farm, I attended Charleston Southern University where I played college baseball while receiving my BS and MBA. I’m still a big sports guy and enjoy exercising when I’m not in the office. As a local small business owner, I appreciate and support other small businesses in the area. Over the years, it’s been so rewarding to work hard, develop my employees and watch my agency evolve all while customers turn into family.

It’s always been important to me to be involved in my community. I’m a member of the Scottsboro Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and a board member for the FCA. I also work closely with and volunteer for our local Habitat for Humanity, Referrals in Motion, as well as with other local charities and organizations, including my local church.

I have been with State Farm Insurance since 2007 when I started out as a State Farm Team Member in another local agent’s office. My experience working in an office prior to my own really taught me how to provide exceptional coverage to our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowner’s insurance, renter’s insurance, life insurance, business insurance and financial services. I became a State Farm Agent in 2011 when I opened my first agency in Madison, AL. I opened the doors to my second State Farm Agency here in Scottsboro, AL in December of 2019 and I’m looking forward to getting to help the people of Jackson County with any and all of their insurance needs.
